Description

Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily.

I have been taking 1 or 2 capsules per day according to the prescription for 6 months and I think that the new hair is growing back in my original light brown color.So the capsules are beneficial for me, as I have hair that has turned gray for several years. It's amazing how the hair gets back to the color you couldn't remember. Obviously, the spots become natural again first, which were the last to turn gray. You can see it particularly well on the beard, as it grows faster than the hair on the head.

I noticed it doesn't regain the color of the already white yarn, but it seems (and I'm not sure about it) that after I stopped using it (I used 3 months, 2 capsules a day) my hair is having more white strands at a higher speed.
